Why isn’t Zach De La Rocha’s face slapped on shirts like Che is?

Sorry for the lack of new content lately. I was experiencing internal errors with my account when trying to login to my dashboard on my self hosted wordpress account. Everything was working just fine and then one day I couldn’t login. After trying to replace the .htaccess file with a blank one and deactivating all of my plugins with no luck I called my host, 1&1.com. Turns out I needed to upgrade my PHP to PHP5. Tech support instructed me to create a new .htaccess file with the following line in it: “AddType X-mapp-php5 .php” without the quotes and upload it to my root site directory (not my wordpress root, unless of course your wordpress IS your site’s root directory.), and I suddenly could access my WordPress again!
